This Client Service Agreement outlines the terms under which services are provided by ZED International to its clients. By engaging our services, signing our forms, or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Scope of Services

ZED International provides professional assistance in areas including:

  • Visit visas
  • Study visas
  • Immigration advisory
  • Holiday packages
  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Travel insurance
  • Documentation guidance

Our role is to guide clients through application procedures and coordinate travel services with third-party providers.


2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval is solely determined by embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.

ZED International does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Processing time
  • Interview waivers
  • Immigration clearance

Our service involves preparing and submitting applications professionally based on the documents provided by the client.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide genuine and complete documentation
  • Disclose any previous visa refusals or immigration history
  • Provide financial documents where required
  • Attend visa appointments or interviews when scheduled
  • Follow embassy requirements

Providing false or misleading information may result in application refusal and termination of services.


4. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay the service fees quoted by ZED International.

These may include:

  • Consultation fees
  • Processing fees
  • Visa application fees
  • Travel booking charges
  • Government fees

Some fees are payable in advance and may be non-refundable once work has begun.


5. Third-Party Services

Travel and visa processes involve third-party organizations such as:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Embassies
  • Visa processing centers
  • Insurance providers

ZED International is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by these entities
  • Policy changes
  • Appointment availability
  • Visa refusals

However, we will assist clients in navigating these processes.


6. Processing Time

Processing timelines vary depending on the destination country and embassy workload.

Estimated timelines provided by ZED International are only guidelines and not guarantees.

Unexpected delays may occur.


7. Confidentiality

All personal documents and information shared with ZED International will be handled confidentially and used only for the purpose of:

  • Visa applications
  • Travel arrangements
  • Customer support

Information may be shared with embassies, airlines, or other relevant institutions when required.


8. Cancellations

If the client chooses to cancel services:

  • Processing fees may not be refundable
  • Work completed will be chargeable
  • Third-party costs remain subject to supplier policies

Refunds, where applicable, will follow the official Refund Policy.


9. Refusal or Termination of Service

ZED International reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • False documents are provided
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The client engages in abusive behavior
  • Legal or compliance concerns arise

Any work completed up to that point will remain chargeable.


10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate guidance, ZED International shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Travel disruptions
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Immigration decisions
  • Losses resulting from third-party service providers

Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance where appropriate.


11. Amendments to Agreement

This agreement may be updated periodically.

The latest version published on the ZED International website will apply to all clients.


12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.


13. Acceptance

By:

  • Signing a service agreement
  • Making payment
  • Submitting documents
  • Using our services

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Service Agreement.
