Consultation and processing fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Refund processing times may range from 15–45 working days depending on suppliers.
Service charges from ZED International are generally non-refundable.

Any modification requested by the client may result in:

- Administrative charges
Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
7. Travel Risks & Liability

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

- We are not responsible for operational changes made by suppliers.
