This document outlines the responsibilities of the client and the role of ZED International in visa consultancy and application support services.

By submitting your documents, signing our forms, or making payment for visa services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

I understand that visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

ZED International does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Processing timelines
  • Interview waivers
  • Entry into any country

The company only provides professional guidance and assistance in preparing and submitting applications.


2. Honest and Accurate Information

I confirm that:

  • All documents provided are genuine.
  • All information shared is true and complete.
  • I have disclosed any previous visa refusals, deportations, or immigration issues.

Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal, bans, or legal consequences.


3. Embassy Authority

I understand that embassies may:

  • Request additional documents
  • Schedule interviews
  • Delay processing
  • Refuse applications without detailed explanation

These decisions are outside the control of ZED International.


4. Fees and Payments

I acknowledge that:

  • Consultancy fees are for professional services provided by ZED International.
  • Visa fees paid to embassies or visa centers are government charges.
  • These fees are generally non-refundable, even if the visa is refused.

5. Documentation Responsibility

I understand that the strength of my application depends on:

  • My financial documents
  • Travel history
  • Employment or business proof
  • Supporting documents

ZED International can advise but cannot alter or fabricate documentation.


6. Interview Responsibility

If an interview is required, I am responsible for:

  • Attending the appointment
  • Answering questions honestly
  • Providing additional documents if requested

The outcome of the interview is entirely determined by the embassy.


7. Processing Time

Visa processing times vary depending on:

  • Country
  • Embassy workload
  • Security checks

Any estimated timelines shared by ZED International are only indicative.


8. Refusal Cases

In the event of a visa refusal:

  • Consultancy fees remain non-refundable.
  • Embassy fees remain non-refundable.
  • Reapplication may require new service charges.

However, we may assist in reviewing the refusal and advising on next steps.


9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with staff.

Abusive behavior, threats, or pressure regarding visa outcomes may result in termination of services.


10. Limitation of Liability

I agree that ZED International shall not be held responsible for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Embassy delays
  • Immigration decisions
  • Travel restrictions imposed by governments

11. Declaration

By proceeding with services from ZED International, I confirm that:

  • I have read this disclaimer
  • I understand the visa process
  • I accept that approval is not guaranteed
