Duly filled and signed online Schengen visa application form (via Visa On Web).

Two recent passport-sized photographs (35x45mm) on a white background, not older than 6 months (Schengen standard).

Original passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended return date, with at least two blank pages.

Copies of all used pages of the current passport and any previous passports.

Copy of NADRA CNIC.

Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) if applicable.

Verifiable round-trip flight reservation.

Verifiable hotel booking for the entire duration of the stay.

If visiting family/friends: Original sponsorship form (Annex 3 bis) legalized in Belgium, plus the sponsor’s ID copy, proof of solvency, and a detailed invitation letter.

Valid international travel health insurance covering the entire Schengen territory.

Minimum coverage of €30,000 (equivalent in PKR) for medical emergencies and repatriation.

Personal bank account statements for the last 6 months (stamped and signed by the bank).

Copy of a valid credit card.

Proof of other assets (property documents, etc.) to establish strong ties to Pakistan.

Employment contract or appointment letter.

Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) or leave approval letter from the employer.

Personal salary slips for the last 3/6/12 months.

Company registration documents (SECP/Chamber of Commerce) and NTN certificate.

Business bank account statements for the last 6 months (stamped and signed).

Recent tax returns (FBR).

A strong, detailed cover letter explaining the purpose of the visit and ties to Pakistan.

A day-by-day detailed tourist/business itinerary for the stay in Belgium and the Schengen area.
