1. Valid Passport (min. 2 blank pages)
2. Clear Scan copies of 1st & 2nd Page of Valid Passport;
3. 1st and 2nd page of passport with 6 months validity of passport
4. Bank Statement (s) (last 6 months) and Account Maintenance Certificate with bank sign and stamp (Closing balance shall be min. Rs. 300,000/-);
5. Passport Size Photogrphs 35mm x 50mm (Digital Scanned) – Pictures must be in white background with colourful casual dress. Trouse/coat is not allowed in case of Malaysia E visa.)
6. Copies of CNIC
